Salads: Adventures In Green

I have been eating salads for lunch for about a month now. Why? You ask.

I put chicken cutlets because they are tasty.

Salads are really simple to create. Let me show you:

Fruit, Vegetable, and Meat Salad

Ingredients in order of appearance:

  • Corn
  • Mandarin orange
  • Apple and Strawberry
  • Green Coral Lettuce
  • Parsley
  • Honey Baked Ham
  • Black Pepper

I use Sesame Seed Oil as dressing. Do experiment with different dressings. I had thought that salads were not sufficiently filling but I was pleasantly surprised. You can prepare it in the morning just before you go to work or at night just before you go to bed.
