Salads are really simple to create. Let me show you:
Ingredients in order of appearance:
- Corn
- Mandarin orange
- Apple and Strawberry
- Green Coral Lettuce
- Parsley
- Honey Baked Ham
- Black Pepper
I use Sesame Seed Oil as dressing. Do experiment with different dressings. I had thought that salads were not sufficiently filling but I was pleasantly surprised. You can prepare it in the morning just before you go to work or at night just before you go to bed.
